Mass Quantities was founded in 1996 as a nutritional supplement
company. Currently, the Mass Quantities portfolio consists
of 11products each designed to scientifically help bodybuilders
build the perfect physique. Mass Quantities markets its products
on-line as well as by phone and select outlets. The company
has experienced significant growth since its inception.
Challenge
Mass Quantities had a web site running Intershop
and wanted to be able to close sales over the phone. They
were losing money every time a caller would ask for information
about a product, and then the customer support representative,
unable to take an order, had to tell the prospect to go back
online to order.
Solution
After enabling the Caliber Design CRM software, Mass Quantities
has found that they increased sales by 50% just by accepting
telephone orders. These are sales that they would not have
had if they were only Internet enabled.

Background
Elite Fitness was founded in 1995 as a fitness site for
serious bodybuilders.
Challenge
EliteFitness.com had lots of exciting fitness content that
athletes were eager to purchase, but they had no way to deliver
it.
Solution
EliteFitness.com deployed Caliber Design's content
delivery solution and now has a means of effortlessly selling
access to specialized paid sections of their site.
