Us:
is a boutique ecommerce agency specializing in
providing mail order telephone order (MOTO) companies with
the technology to unite their call center's order taking and
customer service functions with a web storefront. We have
developed a patent pending ecommerce application that unifies
a company's call center, web storefront, distribution center,
and inventory databases.
The web storefront and MOTO operations are fully integrated,
meaning the inventory data, customer data, and transaction
data are all available through a simple web interface. To
access this interface requires only a standard web browser
and an Internet connection. The result is increased speed
of order processing, elimination of redundant data entry,
real-time reporting, and just-in-time inventory management.
Our product exists and is currently deployed on two sites.

Title: FINANCIAL MANAGER/AUDITOR
Description: We are seeking
a motivated, knowledgeable auditor to oversee our finances
and internal controls. This
person will also help the company with our SEC fillings,
as we plan to go public.
Technical Skills:
- Develop
and implement comprehensive internal audit controls and
policies;
- Insure
compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act;
- Coordinate
and direct financial planning, budgeting and investments;
- Prepare
and oversee financial statements, forecasts, and regulatory
reports;
- Oversee SEC
fillings
PRIMARY SKILLS AND
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:
BS
in Accounting or Finance, 5 years of experience in lead auditor position
Bonus Skills: Candidates with
the following skills get bonus points: previous experience
in big 5 audit firm; exposure to domestic and international
markets, as we are aggressively expanding the company.
