2.     Siebel is not affordable to most small businesses. What is it that we do that is compelling?

Aside from the fact that the Siebel product is an enterprise level product with an enterprise price tag, it still runs with a Client Server model. It also is not currently being offered as an ASP product. Siebel is really a replacement for all software that an organization uses. It addresses manufacturing, accounting, ecommerce and CRM. Matador sticks to unifying Intershop ecommerce and Call Center transaction processing.
