their duplication, synchronization of profiles, etc?
No,
that’s the beauty of the Matador system. Because it runs on
top of the powerful Intershop SyBase database, there is nothing
to sync as both the ecommerce and Call Center data resides
in only one place. In fact, the systems are so closely tied,
that customers can shop both online and by telephone and their
customer histories and order histories are available in both
places. This feature alone takes an ecommerce ASP and instantly
makes him a call center ASP as well.
