9.     How ASP’s are using it today?

We currently offer the software as an ASP ourselves; however, the focus of our business is on developing the software and we are eager to partner with ASP’s like you and have you sell and support the software while we develop it. Our ASP client, The Lang Companies, is primarily a mail order telephone order company. About 65% of their transactions are through Mail Order and Telephone order sales processed at their 50-seat call center. Only about 35% or their orders are web based. This is true for many mail order businesses. By offering the Intershop Matador combination, you sell a solution not only to those companies that need a web site, but you now become an ASP for an entire Mail Order Telephone Operation. Furthermore, the customers who have both a web site and a Mail Order and Telephone Order operation, tend to be the larger more desirable companies with more money to spend on your services. In other words, they are not the Mom and Pop web sites.
